今天登場的是來自加拿大的美食介紹—Nanimo Bar, Poutine還有熟知的楓糖漿飲料喔~
Today’s special is from Canada: Nanimo Bar, Poutine and Maple Syrup Drink~

Nanimo Bar是一種加拿大的糕點，最下面一層用碎餅乾夯實，中間一層淡香草或奶黃味的糖霜，最上面澆一層融化的巧克力。喜歡甜食的朋友千萬不要錯過呦！
Nanimo Bar: Three layers which give you three times the enjoyments. This British Columbia dessert is rich in its flavors of chocolate, coconut and custard. Taste the mixture as you bite down into this dense dessert. Got a sweet tooth? Take a bite of Nanimo Bar and you'll be cured.

Poutine是加拿大魁北克的傳統小吃，帶皮的炸薯條，上面加上起士塊，然後淋上熱呼呼的濃綢肉汁。不同香味和質感的食材交織在一起，不斷改變著食物的口感，每咬一口都會有不同的感受。
Poutine: fries baked to perfection with cheese and gravy
Deliciously baked fries topped with chunks of cheese and sauced with savory light-brown gravy. They are golden, cheesy and sauced-up. And for sure, they taste extremely delicious!

楓糖漿是加拿大當地知名的特產，有著獨特的香氣和甜而不膩的滋味，萬國博覽會當天，加拿大的攤位也會提供香醇濃厚、「楓」味十足的楓糖漿飲料喔!
Maple Syrup Drink: With its special aroma and special flavor, Maple syrup is one of the most famous specialties of Canada. Have a sip of the maple syrup drink and taste the flavor of Canada! It will be offered in the Culture Exhibition by the stand of Canada.
