今天登場的是來自韓國和摩洛哥的美食介紹—韓式柚子茶、辣炒年糕、韓式甜煎餅還有北非特色的煎餅Baghrir。
Today’s special are from Korea and Morocco: Korean shaddock tea, Dukbokki, Hoddeok and North African delicacy-Baghrir.

Korean shaddock tea 韓式柚子茶

韓式柚子茶是一種韓國傳統茶飲料,以韓國南部的「黃金柚」和蜂蜜為原料製成。其營養豐富、風味獨特且具有良好的保健功效,含有維他命C的柚子茶對於緩解感冒、咳嗽都有相當的幫助。在炎炎夏日來上一杯冰涼的柚子茶,清熱去火,心曠神怡。

Feeling sick because of the lack of sleeping? Then you should try this! Honey-steeped Pomelo peel makes up a kind of special jam. Stir the jam with water and a cup of refreshing Korea shaddock tea is finished. Serving with cold water or hot water is equally tasty! Korean shaddock tea is also helpful in recovery from colds, coughs, headaches and chills because it contains a lot of vitamin C.

Dukbokki 辣炒年糕

辣炒年糕是韓國最具代表性的街頭小吃之一。切成一口大小的條形年糕和甜不辣,在辣椒醬的拌炒之下,辛辣的口感刺激您的味蕾,愛吃辣的捧油絕對不能放過他!

Dukbokki is one of the most representative and popular Korean street foods that almost every Korean is craving for it. It’s made from soft rice cake, fish cake and sweet red chili sauce. (warning !! SPICY!!!)

Hoddeok 韓式甜煎餅

吃完勁爆的辣炒年糕之後,來一個韓式甜煎餅轉換口味。和辣炒年糕一樣是一種常見的點心,特別在冬季最受歡迎,手掌般大小的煎餅有著豐富飽滿的甜蜜內餡,搭配酥脆可口的外皮,咬一口,喀茲!甜蜜的幸福在齒間蔓延。

Hotteok is a variety of Korean pancake with sweet filling, and it is also a kind of popular snacks of South Korea. It is usually eaten during the winter season. Eating a piece of Hotteok is like easting a handful-sized of happiness.

Baghrir

Baghrir由摩洛哥攤位所販售,又被稱為是「好幾千個洞的煎餅」,通常它都是在齋戒月(回曆九月)當月作為早餐食用,煎餅上會出現那麼多小洞,其實是酵母在烘焙前的發酵作用。食用時一般都會在煎餅上塗些融化的奶油和蜂蜜,而餅上的小洞會完整吸收甜蜜的醬汁,讓煎餅變成濕濕軟軟的,如果再搭配上堅果和乾水果蜜餞,更能凸顯它的美味。

Are you still feeling hungry? Don’t worry! Let’s take a look at the Baghrir at the stand of Morocco. It is an ancient Berber pancake originating in North Africa. When cooked correctly, they are riddled with tiny holes, which perfectly soak up the sauce. Baghrir are usually served as a snack or breakfast during Ramadan (the ninth month of the Islamic calendar).
